Inspired by Morosini’s true life expertise, the movie follows Chuck (Patton Oswalt), a hopelessly estranged father who desperately desires to reconnect along with his troubled son, Franklin (Morosini). Blocked on social media and anxious for his son’s life, Chuck impersonates a waitress on-line and begins checking in with Franklin.
